I'm Luke Michael Beard, and my venture into real estate began with a prominent corporate real estate enterprise. Quite the ride it was – I swiftly rose to become a part of the esteemed Top 1% of Realtors spanning the entire USA. They even crowned me Rookie of the Year, a nod I cherish! Thanks to my achievements, they entrusted me with mentoring fresh faces in the company. Dealing with homes owned by banks and those reclaimed due to payment woes? That's my forte. My ultimate motivation? Watching my fellow agents flourish, both in their professional endeavors and personal aspirations.
For a solid 23 years and counting, I've held my position in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide. I've cooked up some pretty nifty real estate training programs that folks find remarkably valuable, such as the Great 8 Success Series and The Road Map to Success.
Since the turn of the millennium in 2000, I've been deeply entrenched in the world of Real Estate, clocking in over 2500+ home sales. One particular year was a rollercoaster – I managed to sell a staggering 364 homes in just 365 days! At present, I'm at the helm of a ship with over 100 agents, spread across various states.
When I'm not immersed in work, my heart lies in assisting others. Back when I was a rookie myself, I became a coach at one of the biggest brokerages around. Beyond the grind, you'll find me enjoying quality time with my amazing family – I'm a proud husband and father of three. We're big on family travels, horseback rides, and a healthy dose of chasing golf balls.
